Daniel Weltin has been with the firm since 2000, specializing in personal injury, employment, products liability and insurance coverage/bad faith cases. Mr. Weltin is a member of the California and Hawaii bars, and speaks Spanish, Portuguese and some French.

Mr. Weltin obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University in 2003, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California at Berkeley in 1998.
